Starting from the economic, political, social and so forth.Indonesia is rich in everything. But knowing alone our woods, our minerals, dredged, spent and exploited not by ourselves. We are always in contact with outsiders to mine and utilize our natural resources. Actually if we want to learn, we certainly can !. But unfortunately government attention to the researchers is very less.If Indonesia believes in science, if Indonesia believes in researchers who have never been noticed by the state. The problem may not happen. We can certainly advance, and possibly be able to match other superpower nations.Take for example China. Do you know why China can become the King of Industry in just over 30 years. China
is so smart, the first thing they do is raise the elementary school
teachers above junior high, high school even lecturers though. What is the effect? . All the elementary school teachers in China teach their students with pleasure and might. Because they are no longer thinking about economic problems. Then
6 years later they raised the salary of junior high school teachers
right from elementary school, stepping on junior high school. And so on until the students reach the high school level.When
going to step in Higher Education, the Chinese Government directly
instructs its students to study in science centers in the great
countries of science and technology. Of course the learner is facilitated with FULL SCHOLARSHIP !.What's the result?The students, feeling deeply cared for by the Chinese government. When they have graduated college with a provision of knowledge high enough. They flocked back to China. What is the result? China is growing rapidly, China can emulate the latest technology with just one look at it. China's per capita income (PPK) has increased rapidly by 1500 US million dollars. Compare with KDP Indonesia which only 25-50 US million Dollars.Very very far away is not it ?.One
of the things that make China the most advanced is the confidence of
those who are not afraid to compete with other countries and never give
up to move forward. Unlike Indonesia, China is also a densely populated country, with an eastern cultural background, and includes a vast country. But they can go forward why do not we?Meanwhile, the opposite happened in Indonesia. When other countries educate their citizens to be smart to become the leader of the nation someday. Indonesia instead let the students who are smart abandoned. As
a result other countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, and other
countries in droves to provide scholarships to these smart students to
study in the country. As a result the student did not want to return to Indonesia because it was comfortable in the country.Therefore
