Talent and intelligence are two different things, but they are interrelated. Talent is an inherent ability in a person. Talent learners are brought from birth and associated with the structure of his brain. Genetically, the brain structure has been formed at birth, but the functioning of the brain is largely determined by the way learners interact with the environment. Usually, that ability is associated with intelligence or intelligence, ie intelligence or intelligence (Intellegence Quotient) is the initial capital for a particular talent.
      
Potential innate learners to become talent related to the intellectual intelligence (IQ) learners. The intellectual level of gifted learners usually tends to be above average. However, learners who are intellectually high, do not always show gifted learners. For example, artistic and sporting talents, both require strategies, tactics, and logic related to intelligence.
