<data: post.body />The sincere meaning is to attach all worship only to God -ta'la-and to draw closer to Him.
Can be understood from the above understanding that sincere only for God without expecting anything from the world is a practice of worship, such as prayer, fasting and others.
As for the practice of the world that is not included in the category of worship such as working for the necessities of life, it does not mean that sincere without reward or salary. it is permissible when you undertake a person's request for a job, and you only intend it to help, then you get a reward. but if you ask for a fee, then it is your right. other people can not sue you for sincere then do not pay you, if so then it's called dholim.
World work and not worship must be clear contract / contract. between the employee and the worker. contracts must be clear and if necessary written down so that there is no collision, the employer hopes that sincerity is done in order not to be paid while the worker hopes to be given a salary.
In the context of world work, sincerity arises from the self, and not the suggestions or wishes of others. if someone else asks you to discuss your work, then you have the right to refuse and ask for the salary.
While the deeds of worship must be sincere for God alone without expecting anything from the world. but if by chance you get reward in the world also then not why.
